How to rearrange the order of categories listed ?

This is only possible when "show"ing Expert Editing Commands, AFAIK.

Click on "Appearance" at the bottom, enable showing of expert editing,
then click on "Edit this text" to the left of a subcategories or answers menu.
Here you can rearrange the list order in text form.

It took me a while to figure this out as I wasn't using expert editing too often, so I'm writing it here.
