Move the mouse pointer to the Outlook icon on your desktop and click the right mouse button. Move the mouse pointer to the word “Properties” and click on it.

-Click on the “Show Profiles” button.

  -Click on the “Add” button.

-Make sure the circle next to “Use the following information services” has a dot in it (click on the circle if it does not), and click the box next to “Microsoft Exchange Server” to make a check appear in the box. Then click the “Next” button.

-In the box next to “Profile Name” type in an appropriate name for this profile. It is not critical what you call it, the username will be fine, then click on the “Next” button.

-In the box under “Microsoft Exchange Server”, type the word cumulus. In the box under “Mailbox” you must type the user’s logon name exactly. Then click on the “Next” button.
