| Go to the top category of the FAQ and click [Show This Entire Category].
The resulting page will use internal links (<a href="#name">) where possible,
so the page will stand alone if accessed from a local disk. (Search, Appearance,
and Edit options will still link to the original CGI on the web.)
This also works for any subcategory of the FAQ, naturally.

| For Internet Explorer users. When you use File->Save As select file type "Web Page, HTML only". When I tried "Web Page, HTML complete" the saved file still had href links to my server url.
