	During timing place&route the following warning appears: WARNING: cannot get driving resistence for OUT/IO port instance decode_i1/i1/U544(Z) At least one timing arcs inside the timing-view of the cell instance decode_i1/i1/U544 (usually in one of the reference libraries) has some constant delay table values. This makes the driving resistance computed to zero with respect to that arc. TDL reports this as a warning which is ok. Assuming your reference cell is modeled correctly, you can ignore this message.
