In a nutshell: Go to http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=10674. Grab the copy with the latest version number.

This FAQ often runs the next version up with a 'd' suffix (see bottom of page); that means I'm running my copy from the current sources as available via CVS from Sourceforge. That gives new versions a little exercise before release.
