An option to use txt2html as a filter for displayed text, in addition to "natural text" and "monospaced text"

it might be neat to have a /filters directory in the FOM config dir that contained "blessed" filters that would show up in a pulldown on the compose faq page.

i'm suddenly excited by the possibility of letting FOM use ispell... ;)
