I am currently getting the following error message email'd to me
by my FAQ-O-Matic:

The command was: "faq"
The message is: "FAQ::OMatic::Log::logEvent: The access logging system is not
working. open failed (Permission denied)".
The process number is: 14114
The user had given this ID: (noID)
The browser was: <Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.01; Windows 98)>

It would be nice if the 'open failed' line specified the file
that it was trying to open. 
I have not yet been able to figure out what file this is.

cgi-bin/fom-meta/yyyy-mm-dd.rawlog
