Ability to disable the search engine
Some people, like myself, would like to be able to disable the search facility built into Faq-o-matic, removing the links to the search engine at the bottom of screens, disabling the search engine index generation, and also displaying a friendly notice if a person attempts to go to the search engine by specifying cmd=searchForm.

This might be useful for people who have limited storage space for the search indexes, or if a more unified search engine is already being used for the entire website, or FOM's search engine indexing requires too many resources to fully complete on a particular system (as it is with mine).
