The notification email is great to moderate a FAQ, however, it can send
many emails. People tend to avoid doing small modifications (like fixing
a minor spelling mistake) when they know that a notification email is sent
every time something is done, especially if the moderator email
is a group of people.
I'd like to be able to see a page with a flat list of all answers and
categories links sorted by last modification date.
It would make it easy to spot recent modifications and help
moderate the FAQ (without having to send emails).
