Since there has never been an offical faq from the university the students created on to avoid all the obvious questions, and this has been a brilliant way to get all the students involved in adding their own contributions. This is especially useful as the misc.cabal are not particularly fond of the work that goes into producing a traditional-style faq.|

|Our development group wanted some way to collect errata for an upcoming product. I downloaded Faq-O-Matic, looked at its install FAQ, and 15 minutes later had it online on our Engineering server. I showed the errata (in Faq-O-Matic) to the technical support manager so he could properly support the product. He said "Wow! We can use this for our support database!", and proceeded to create additional categories and started populating those categories. Thanks for making a product so useful and easy to install!

|I'm currently running Faq-O-Matic on a Linux box on my home network so that every time the family computer doesn't do exactly what my parents are used to it doing or something breaks, they'll have something to look at before shouting for me (instead of just shouting for me).
