	Bernhard Scholz (boernyATxeniaDOThshDOTstustaDOTmhnDOTde) found a bug wherein if you change $adminAuth during an upgrade, you can get locked out of your FAQ, because the password changing pages were not allowed to run when the version numbers are out of sync. That's fixed.
	The HTML table layout was still a little broken; it was especially noticeable in the [Show This Entire Category] display. It has been cleaned up.
