	- Links of the form http:faq.pl?cmd=stats, when they appear in the cached copies of items, are now prefixed with the CGI path, so that they still work as they do when presented directly by the CGI.
	- The "Show This Entire Category" link only appears for categories now, not answers (which have no children, so it wouldn't make sense). It also disappears if you're already looking at a recursive view.
	- Corrected a bug that made the cached html pages sometimes appear differently than the CGI output.
