	Started work on an online context-sensitive help system.
	Added a [Trash Answer/Category] button to make it more obvious how to remove an item.
	When changing an item's name, we re-save the parent item, too, so its link description is updated correctly in the html cache. (It's still the case that see-also links [those not in directory parts] never get fixed in the cache. That's a bug.)
