Installer now tells you the time the maintenance task was last run, so you
can see if the cron job is working.
Also, the maintenance task will now spit a message to stdout if it fails to invoke the task on the server. Most crons will forward this in an email to the owner of the cron job.

Replaced the /regex/gso in Words.pm with a split() command. Not sure why, but
the /s modifier does not seem reliable. When I reproduce it, I'll make a test
case so the Perl guys can fix Perl.
