Faq-O-Matic Faq-O-Matic : Administrators' Guide : Upgrade : Version History : Changes in 2.700 from 2.637
	Okke Timm (okkeATkomtelDOTnet) and Dirk Hansen made the first language translation of the FAQ-O-Matic, which involved sprinkling gettext() calls all throughout the code. Thanks, guys! This version incorporates their translations, but with Locale::PGetText replaced by some local functions instead. (This lets me keep the FAQ as one self-contained package, plus it has some enhanced functionality.) The first translation, by the way, is to German.
	At the request of Jan Örnstedt (ornstedtATsoneraDOTse), dates can now be shown with 24-hour times.
	Removed some debugging print statements that had crept in and not crept back out. (They cause the maintenance cron job to dump copious amounts of text.)
